Bibhav Kumar’s father Maheshwar Rai said, ‘Bibhav Kumar used to do journalism in Delhi. Later he worked in Arvind Kejriwal’s organization. He has been with Kejriwal since he (Arvind Kejriwal) formed the government. Party sources say that the friendship between Kejriwal and Bibhav is years old. Bibhav Kumar, who became the personal secretary of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in 2015, has been with the CM for a long time. Bibhav belongs to Bihar. Bibhav Kumar used to work as a video journalist. He met Arvind and started working for India Against Corruption magazine. India Against Corruption organization had started the movement against corruption in the country in the year 2011. Bibhav was watching Arvind’s daily programs and other work since the beginning. Even after the formation of the government, he used to watch the daily work of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. However, the Vigilance Department had canceled his appointment a few weeks ago.
Bibhav Kumar had also given an e-mail complaint against Swati Maliwal on Friday. He e-mailed the SHO of Civil Lines and the DCP of North District on Friday. In this, he has filed a complaint against Swati Maliwal for misbehaving with him and the security personnel. Bibhav says that Swati Maliwal had forcefully entered the Chief Minister’s residence without anyone’s permission. When he was stopped by the policemen present in the residence, he threatened all of them. Argued with him in a loud voice.
At the same time, Swati Maliwal had filed a complaint against Bibhav Kumar, in which she had told that Bibhav Kumar had assaulted her. In the FIR lodged by Swati Maliwal, it was said that Bibhav Kumar kicked her several times and slapped her about seven-eight times. Even when Swati started shouting for help, Bibhav did not stop. Alleged that Bibhav attacked her with kicks on her chest, stomach and lower parts of the body. However, Bibhav Kumar has been arrested in the case.
